All services are non-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address any concerns or offer a solution.

In the case of defective or poor application, a touch-up session may be scheduled at no additional charge within 1 week of your initial appointment.

6. Liability

The Lash Loft is not responsible for any damage, irritation, or allergic reactions that may occur as a result of your eyelash extension service.
